AI Is Everywhere. Except the Forming Floor.

Walk into the offices at any glass company or any manufacturing company right now and AI is everywhere. Scheduling, quality, the people writing the reports, everybody's got a copilot open. The whole white collar side of this industry got handed the future.

Then take the stairs down to the forming floor.
Nothing. Nothing but raw tribal knowledge.

The place where the glass, aka money, actually gets made. The hardest job in the building, the one that decides whether you ship good ware or sweep up fresh cullet. The people running it got skipped.

That Forming floor is the part that's hardest to learn and easiest to lose. Decades of knowing how the machine breathes, walking out the door every time somebody retires.
That's the spot you'd think we'd protect first.
