I started stacking boxes in a glass factory straight out of high school, and over the years, I worked my way up through the industry, solving problems from the forming line to the boardroom. No shortcuts, just hard work, curiosity, and a willingness to put on gloves and
get it done.

Today, I run AJK Glass Consulting, built on 30 years of hands-on experience in both tableware and container glass manufacturing.
I specialize in forming operations, with a working knowledge of every department that supports it, mould shop, cold end, fore hearth, machine repair, and more.

I’ve traveled the world supporting plants and teams across the globe. Every facility I’ve visited, I’ve taken something with me, a lesson, a method, a new perspective. That global exposure has given me insights most in the industry never get to see. It’s that extra, the patterns, the details, the solutions, that sets me apart and allows me to offer clients a deeper level of value.

I don’t just give advice. I partner with teams, troubleshoot problems, and help build systems that last.
